When for whatever reason the users accounts becomes frozen please contact the Safeway Companies Benefits Service Center (BSC) at 877-SWY-PLAN (877-799-7526), Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific time. For users who do not have their employee ID memorized please check a recent pay stub (either online or newspaper). On the paper pay stub that the Safeway employee will locate the employee ID on the side of the stub, below the employees name.
